Ilona Ecott
Ilona is a 500 Hour Yoga Alliance Registered Hatha Yoga teacher. She attended yoga classes for 5 years before training as a teacher, and only initially did so with the intention of furthering her personal practice. It was on her training programme in Indonesia that she found a love of sharing yoga with others, and decided to make it part of her life. It gives her such pleasure to see people improving their own lives with yoga, and in turn becoming more conscious decision makers, who help to make the world a better place.
