ONLINE BEGINNERS COURSE
Through six recorded classes (each approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes) Yoga Thame teacher Angela Cannon will guide you through essential stretching and strengthening postures, breathwork and relaxation. Practice at your own pace, in your own time and in the comfort of your own home.
Angela will show you how to adapt and adjust your yoga practice to suit you and your body.
