Hatha Yoga

A blend of strength and stretch-based standing and seated yoga postures, breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation. A mix of the vigorous and gentle, it blends the ancient and the new.

Suitable for all levels and abilities. Great for beginners, improvers and intermediate.

Mondays 6pm with Vicki in Princes Risborough

Hatha Flow Yoga

A choreographed dynamic flowing sequence of standing and seated posture moves for a slightly more energetic and warming practice. Classes will involve a full spectrum of poses, breathwork, meditation and relaxation.

Great for beginners who like a dynamic, faster moving class, improvers and intermediate.

Saturdays and Sundays 9.30am with Christie in Thame (online and in person)

Gentle+yoga.jpg

Gentle Yoga

A gentle, mainly floor and stretch-based class, focusing on deep relaxation and releasing stress and tension. Suitable for all levels, especially beginners. This class is all about restoring your body and mind and resetting your nervous system at the end of the week.

This class would suit those who are new to yoga and want a gentle start to learning as well as those who have an established practice and want to take it easy and focus on calming.

Great for beginners or intermediate practitioners who want a gentler/more yin practice.

Restorative Yoga

This class is a calming and deeply relaxing floor-based class combining supported restorative yoga postures, soothing breathwork and Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation). Designed to help ease tension, quiet the mind and leave you feeling rested and replenished.

Suitable for all levels and abilities with a focus on deep relaxation and calming the nervous system

Beginners’ Courses

Over our 6 week Beginners’ Course, you will learn the basic yoga standing/balancing/seated poses and how to adapt them to suit your body along with some philosophy, breathwork and an introduction to meditation and relaxation.
