Yoga Thame Online Beginner’s Course with Ilona
Welcome to our online 6 session Beginner’s Yoga course, led by Ilona Ecott, designed to introduce you to the basics of Yoga (its physical poses, theory and breathing exercises) . Learn how to adapt each posture to suit your body. Practice in your own time and within your own comfort level.
Each class is between 30 and 45 minutes long
This is a progressive course, each class building on the one before- please practice them in the order they are set out. If you have any questions at any time, we would love to help.
