Welcome to our online 6 session Beginner’s Yoga course, led by Angela Cannon, designed to introduce you to the basics of Yoga (its physical poses, theory and breathing exercises) . Learn how to adapt each posture to suit your body. Practice in your own time and within your own comfort level.
Each class is approximately 1 hour 15 Mins
